Juicy Snails and MEAT!

Escargot in Dijon. Delightfully springy, unlike the slime you get at the Brasserie in Tulsa. Sorry, Brasserie. I still like you, Brasserie.

This is simply called "Mixed" in Provence. It came as quite a shock, especially since we thought we ordered lasagna. We postively identified the potato but let's just say the rest was delicious and we'll leave it at that....
