This is simply called "Mixed" in Provence. It came as quite a shock, especially since we thought we ordered lasagna. We postively identified the potato but let's just say the rest was delicious and we'll leave it at that....

Foundation and base of the wood burning oven is done. Pouring the concrete top and then we start to finally put the oven together. Style note: this is only the bones, finishing of the exterior will happen post oven completion. Also- we hung hammocks in the cottonwood grove this weekend too (see them in the background), safe to say they were a hit with our houseguest. #ranchoupstate
